This is one of four manuals I have downloaded recently.

Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much...
But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings.
I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought a 1928 Marconi radio, and got the user Manual for THAT here too!

FONCTIONS DE LECTURE
Lecture dans le standard NTSC
Cet appareil vous permet de reproduire des cassettes enregistrees dans le standard NTSC par un autre magnetoscope (par ´ ´ ex. des cassettes americaines). Sous reserve que vous ayez ´ un televiseur PAL qui permette la reproduction d�image a la ´´ ` frequence 60 Hz. ´ Pendant la lecture dans le standard NTSC l�afficheur indique brievement le message �60HZ�. ` D Pendant la lecture dans le standard NTSC certaines fonctions supplementaires (par ex.: arret sur image) ´ � ne sont pas possibles.
Lecture d�une cassette enregistree ´
a Introduisez une cassette dans le compartiment dans le
sens indique. L�afficheur indique v. ´
D La cassette est en cours de verification. Pour plus ´ d�informations sur le Tape Manager (TM), veuillez vous reporter au chapitre correspondant.
b Appuyez sur la touche de lecture LECTURE G .
Indication de la position actuelle de la bande
A l�aide de la touche OK vous pouvez visualiser sur l�ecran la ´ position actuelle de la bande.

D Certaines cassettes de location peuvent presenter ´ une mauvaise qualite d�image et de son. Il ne s�agit ´ pas d�un defaut de fonctionnement de votre appa´ reil. Veuillez vous reporter a la section �Selectionner ` ´ le reglage de l�image (SMART PICTURE)� ainsi que ´ �Comment eliminer des perturbations d�image�. D Plusieurs fonctions sont desactivees automatique´ ´ ment apres quelque temps (par ex. pause, arret sur ` � image et recherche d�images). Cela evite une usure ´ de votre cassette et une consommation inutile de courant. D Pendant la lecture le magnetoscope fait automati´ quement la commutation entre les vitesses �LP/SP�. Veuillez vous reporter au chapitre �ENREGISTREMENT MANUEL�, a la section �Commutation de la ` vitesse d�enregistrement (SP/LP)�.

C�est pourquoi dans un premier temps �un symbole de recherche� appara�tra sur l�afficheur et ı ce n�est qu�apres quelques secondes de deroule` ´ ment que la position correcte sera indiquee. ´ D S�il n�y a pas d�enregistrement a une position de la ` bande, le compteur s�arrete dans le mode d�affi� chage �COMPTEUR�.
