This was a hard to find manual. When I did find it , some sites wanted way too much for the file.
Owner-manual .com had it for a really reasonable price. Not only that but it was sent very quickly and was a quality scanned document, unlike some others I purchased from a different site.

Last week I bought a second hand Panasonic AG-7500 SVHS Hi-Fi Video Cassette Recorder. It is a professional machine with many video and audio options. The owner's manual/operating instructions that I purchased was the original factory document and it was in at least three and maybe more languages. I no longer have it because I sold the tape recorder and included the owner's manual/operating instructions and a service/repair manual that I bought on ebay for the new owner.
This manual is very useful. Because pioneer sx-q180 is unhandy to use without manual.

74 Child Lock
The Child Lock feature disables the buttons on the VCR and remote control.

When the VCR is on, press the VCR button, then press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for more than 10 seconds until �CL� flashes intermittently beside the clock on the display panel. The VCR power will turn off.

When Child Lock is activated...
� �CL� will blink intermittently on the display panel. � The remote control will still operate your TV or Cable Box/DBS if you have set it to do so. Details are on pages 26-27. � The VCR power will not come on automatically if you insert a tape. � Timer recordings will take place as scheduled. Make sure a tape is in the VCR before you turn on Child Lock. Make sure the VCR power is off before the recording�s scheduled start time. �CL� will reappear and blink intermittently on the display panel when the timer recording is finished. � To stop a timer recording that is in progress, press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for more than 10 seconds. Child Lock will be cancelled and the recording will stop.
