Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner. Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better. Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Para colocação ou retirada dos batedores pressione a trava e levante o corpo (Fig. 5), introduzindo-os nos orifícios existentes no suporte. Para utilização, retorne o corpo à posição original, certificando-se de que esteja travado (até ouvir o “click”). Topa Tudo e Topa Tudo Plus Segure a batedeira conforme mostra a fig. 6. Encaixe as saliências do corpo nas guias existentes no pedestal e empurre para baixo, deixando-a na posição horizontal. Altura dos Batedores A distância dos batedores em relação ao fundo da tigela pode ser regulada, utilizando o botão colorido no pedestal, girando-o para a direita ou para a esquerda (Fig. 7). Para um melhor aproveitamento mantenha os batedores próximos ao fundo da tigela, porém sem tocá-la. A tigela poderá girar dependendo da consistência da massa. Caso isso não ocorra gire-a levemente com a mão. Tigelas Para utilizar a tigela pequena encaixe-a no orifício central e a tigela grande no outro (Fig.8).
