Everything in the manual was excellent except for a couple of pictures of specific areas in the unit that were a little dark. Owners Manuals re-sent the pdf file & the problem was corrected. Excellent product! George
This is the original manufacturers service manual, with detailed info on the circit boards, explosion drawings of all parts in assembly order, and tuning instructions. LOUDSPEAKER BOX DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONS
Loudspeaker Box Pictures Dismantling of the Deco-Panel and Internal Cabinet
1) Remove 6 screws B (see Figure 3) to loosen the DecoPanel. - 3 screws each on the Internal Cabinet L and Internal Cabinet R. 2) Remove 8 screws C (see Figure 3) and loosen the Internal Cabinet with a flat head screw driver as shown in Figure 4.
1) Remove 8 Plug Rubbers (see Figure 1) from both side of the Loudspeaker Box with a flat head screw driver. (For MZ-1100 Loudspeaker Box only)
2) Remove 8 screws A (see Figure 2) from both side of the Loudspeaker Box to loosen the Out Cabinet. 3) Remove the Guard (For MZ-1000 & MZ-1100) or Guard Assembly (For MZ-1200) of the Loudspeaker Box. Figure 4
Dismantling of the Speaker WF (Woofer)
1) Remove 8 screws D (see Figure 5) to loosen the 2 Speaker WF (Woofer).
