Whilst this is a photo copy, and some of the pages are a little askew, it was all readable and intact. A real bonus finding an old manual for a classic piece of kit that no other site had.
It was easy done, and I got exactly what I was looking for.

The remote control does not function properly.
The timer is not working.
The Clock/Timer setting is erased.
â Select the source (CD or TUNER, for example) before pressing the function button (Ã,Ã,Ã«). â Reduce the distance between the remote control and the system. â Insert the batteries with their polarities (+/â signs) aligned as indicated. â Replace the batteries. â Point the remote control directly toward IR sensor on the front of the system. â Set the clock correctly. â Press TIMER ONâ¢OFF to switch on the timer. â If a recording is in progress, stop the recording. â Power has been interrupted or the power cord has been disconnected. Reset the clock/timer.
