The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.
The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

Options : 5ms, 3ms, 2ms, 1ms or OFF (default setting). â Rear Delay If the listening position is closer to the rear surround speakers than the front speakers, you can set the rear delay time to improve the surround sound effect. Options : 15ms, 12ms, 9ms, 6ms (default setting), 3ms or OFF. â Test Tone (disc mode only) If set to ON, the system will test the speaker settings. The test signal is generated through the left, centre, right, and surround speakers. The default setting is OFF.

video output to your TV using the Scart jack.
Â¶ PR PB Y (this feature is not available for this model) Â¶ Select S-VIDEO if you have connected the video output
to your TV using S-Video jack. â Screen Saver If set to ON, when you leave the system in stop or pause mode for more than one minute, the screen saver will be activated. The default setting is OFF.
