Setting the Sleep timer
The sleep timer enables the system to switch to standby mode automatically at a preset time.

Using the remote to operate your âPhilipsâ television
A Press and hold DIM on the remote
control until âSLEEP XXâ appear on the display panel (XX = 15, 30, 45, 60 or OFF).

press DIM button again while in sleep timer mode until it reaches the desired preset turn-off time. âSLEEPâ will be showed on the display panel, except if âOFFâ is selected. Before the system switches to the standby mode, a countdown of 10 seconds is displayed. âSLEEP10â âSLEEP 9â.... âSLEEP1â âSLEEPâ To cancel the sleep timer Press and hold DIM until âOFFâ appears or press the STANDBY2 button. appears on the display panel.
