 Fügen Sie die Buttermilch hinzu und stecken Sie anschlie�end die Bandquirle in den Mixer. 4 Stellen Sie den Mixer über den Geschwindigkeitsregler auf Stufe  und verrühren Sie alle Zutaten gründlich (ca. 10 Sekunden). 5 Rühren Sie innerhalb der nächsten 0 Sekunden weitere 100 g Roggenmehl unter die Masse und verrühren Sie die Zutaten gründlich (ca. 10 Sekunden). 6 Geben Sie anschlie�end das restliche Roggen-Vollkornmehl hinzu und verrühren Sie alles 0 Sekunden lang mit Hilfe der Turbotaste. 7 Schalten Sie den Geschwindigkeitsregler auf Stufe 0 und lassen Sie den Mixer auf Zimmertemperatur abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn erneut benutzen. 8 Backen Sie den Kuchen in einer 0 cm langen Backform 50-60 Minuten bei 170 C.
