Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Jumbo-Lockenzange - Erfassen Sie eine (dünne) Strähne Haar und kämmen Sie sie vorsichtig aus. - Halten Sie die Strähne mit einer Hand und das Gerät mit der anderen. - Drücken Sie auf den Hebel (Abb. 4). Die Schere öffnet sich. - Legen Sie die Strähne ein, und lassen Sie den Hebel los (Abb. 5). - Lassen Sie die Lockenzange bis zum Ende der Strähne durchgleiten (Abb. 6).

- Winden Sie die Strähne rund um die Lockenzange. Achten Sie darauf, da� auch die Enden der Strähne in die gewünschte Richtung eingedreht werden (Abb. 7). Hinweis: Je dünner die Strähne, um so fester wird die Locke und um so länger hält sie. - Schalten Sie das Gerät ein. Behalten Sie die Strähne solange im Haar, bis sie sich trocken und warm anfühlt (Abb. 8). - Rollen Sie die Strähne dann vom Gerät ab, bis Sie die Schere öffnen können (Abb. 9). Drücken Sie auf den Hebel, und ziehen Sie das Gerät seitwärts aus der Locke. - Die Frisur hält länger, wenn Sie vorher auf � (= Kaltluft) schalten und einige Sekunden warten, bevor Sie die Lockenschere aus dem Haar nehmen und erst anschlie�end kämmen oder bürsten. 21
