Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

LECTURE
Lecture de disques vidéo DVD/VCD/SVCD
Avant de commencer à apprécier le monde numérique de l'audio et de la vidéo sur DVD, vérifiez que vous avez choisi les paramètres corrects dans les menus de Configuration. Lecture de base
Allumez la télévision et sélectionnez l'entrée vidéo appropriée sur la télévision afin qu'elle corresponde aux connexions pour le lecteur.
Appuyez sur [nSTOP] pour arrêter la lecture à un arrêt marqué.
A un arrêt marqué, appuyez sur [ PLAY] pour reprendre la lecture. Appuyez deux fois sur [ STOP] pour amener la lecture à un arrêt complet. Appuyez sur [ du disque. PLAY] pour démarrer la lecture depuis le début
Appuyez sur [ l'appareil. Appuyez sur [
STANDBY], pour allumer
Appuyez pour allumer ou éteindre l'appareil.
OPEN/CLOSE ] pour ouvrir
le tiroir du disque. Placez le disque dans le tiroir, l'étiquette vers le haut. Appuyez sur [ PLAY] pour démarrer la lecture. Appuyez sur [ F.F.] pour effectuer le balayage d'avance rapide.
Appuyez de façon répétée pour lire le disque en avant aux vitesses de 2x, 4x, 8x, ou 16x.
Appuyez sur [ DISPLAY ] pour afficher l'état du disque pendant la lecture.
Appuyez sur [ DISC MENU ] pour afficher le menu d'icones de miniatures sur l'écran TV.
Appuyez pour retourner au titre du DVD ou au menu racine du disque pour le titre actuel pendant la lecture.

Appuyez sur les touches du pavé numérique [0,1~9] pour sélectionner un élément du menu de titre.

Appuyez à répétition pour sauter au prochain chapitre pendant la lecture.
Appuyez sur [ PREVIOUS], pour retourner au chapitre précédent.
Appuyez à plusieurs reprises pour retourner au début des chapitres précédents pendant la lecture.
Appuyez sur [ PAUSE/STEP] pour interrompre la lecture.
Affichage de miniatures échantillons
Appuyez à nouveau sur [ PAUSE/STEP] pour démarrer le mode "Image par image.�
Appuyez de façon répétée pour faire avancer les DVD et CD Vidéo image par image pendant la lecture en mode pause. Appuyez sur [ PLAY] pour reprendre la lecture normale.
Appuyez sur [ PLAYLIST/MENU] pour afficher le menu de titre sur l�écran TV.
Appuyez sur [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] pour sélectionner un élément et appuyez sur [OK].
Appuyez sur [BROWSER] pour parcourir le contenu d'un disque DVD ou du Disque dur. Appuyez sur [HDD/DVD] pour sélectionner Disque dur ou ODD pour lire le contenu enregistré.
Remarques: La touche [PLAYLIST/MENU] fonctionne uniquement quand l�appareil est en mode lecture. Cette touche n�est pas opérationnelle dans d�autres opérations sur cet appareil.
