This GRUNDIG UV5A Owner Manual is not only an instruction manual but a total functional circuit description of the Multimeter and includes circuit diagram at the end pages. It is very helpful for repairing and calibrating the instrument. It is written in two languages English and German for international support. It was very easy to repair my unit with this document. The owner's manual was evetything I thought it would be. I was able to print it out using both sides of the paper in quick order, saving me a search online for a used one.
Was happy to find the complete owners manual... It's all in there, just like the original...

Equalizer Select Equalizer and press the OK button to enter the Equalizer menu. Select one of the predefined factory sound settings or select User to adjust your personal sound settings of treble and bass. Setting the equalizer User

You can select your preferred sound setting or you can also adjust the sound frequency of the equalizer and the balance of the right and left speaker�s sound output. MTS In case of second audio program (SAP) transmission, you can switch from Mono to Stereo or to the secondary language. In case of stereo transmission you can switch to Mono or Stereo sound.
Select User with the cursor up/down. Press the cursor left/right to select a sound band. Press the cursor up/down to adjust the appropriate sound level. Press the OK button to store the Personal adjustments. The message Stored appears. Press the EXT button if you want to exit the menu.
